Where do I book my tours?
You can either book our tours online or buy them on site. If you would like to purchase tickets on site, please reserve seats in advance by phone or email citycircle@deutschebahn.com.
What payment options are available?
You have the option of paying online with PayPal or credit card. For payments on site, we accept cash, EC cards and credit cards.

Can I take my dog with me?
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind (rehabilitation dogs).
How much luggage can I take with me?
Hand luggage and larger items of luggage are permitted on the Potsdam Sanssouci Tour. This is only possible to a limited extent on the Lightliner and Christmas Lights Tour. Please enquire and we will check the bus model used for the tour.
