Terms and Conditions for the Internet Sale of Online Tickets for City Tours
1. Purchase of Online Tickets
1.1. Online tickets for city tours in Potsdam can be booked on our website. By placing the respective ticket offer on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract under the conditions specified in the offer description. The online tickets, along with an order confirmation, are sent to the buyer's designated email address. The online tickets entitle the holder to participate in the booked city tour or excursion. However, the online voucher for the city tour (City Circle Tour) must be exchanged for an original ticket at the bus before the start of the journey.
1.2. The contract is concluded upon payment of the ticket price. Successful completion of the payment module is required for this. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
1.3. Online discount codes apply to the advertised tours of DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH NL City Circle. Cash payment is not possible. The discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts and can only be redeemed once.
2. Payment Methods
Internet purchases of online tickets can be paid for with PayPal or credit card during the payment process.
3. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund
3.1. Cancellation, modification, and refund of online tickets can be carried out upon request by DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH NL City Circle. DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH NL City Circle reserves the right to charge a reasonable processing and cancellation fee.
3.2. Any credit for exchanged or refunded online tickets will be issued exclusively to the account specified by the purchaser during the order, or in the case of credit card payment, to their credit card account.
4. Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 No. 9 BGB (Right of withdrawal for distance contracts), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages, and the provision of other services related to leisure activities when the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision. However, our conditions regarding cancellations remain unaffected.
5. Consumer Arbitration Board
DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH NL City Circle participates in a dispute resolution process before a consumer arbitration board. 6. Miscellaneous
6.1. Due to the technical peculiarities of the internet, the availability of the booking modules cannot be guaranteed at all times.
6.2. If individual clauses of the terms and conditions are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other clauses.
6.3. The exclusive applicability of German law is agreed upon. The place of jurisdiction and performance for all claims is Berlin.
